What we do

We’re not selling you a dashboard.

The measuring is how you know it worked. The work is what you’re paying for. Here’s exactly what that is.

Every month, on every plan

Two jobs, every month.

The first one everybody expects. The second is usually where most of the difference comes from.

Your website

  • Unblocking AI systems that are being turned away from your pages
  • Adding the business details AI looks for — what you sell, where you are, when you open
  • Rewriting pages where what you offer isn’t stated clearly enough to be quoted back to a customer
  • Tidying up how pages are laid out, so the important bits are easy to find
  • Correcting anything on your website that’s wrong or out of date

Your business listings

  • Name, address, phone, opening hours, services, photos and description kept correct and complete
  • The same details everywhere — listings disagreeing with each other is the most common problem we find, and the easiest to fix
  • Google Business Profile looked after every month, not set up once and forgotten
  • Replying to reviews, if you’d like us to handle that
  • Correcting your details anywhere else they appear and we can reach them

Getting mentioned elsewhere

Two kinds, and we’re honest about the difference.

One we can promise you a number of. The other depends on somebody else saying yes, so we won’t pretend to.

Included every month, up to a set number

Places you can apply to

Trade bodies, chambers of commerce, industry associations, supplier lists and directories for your line of work. Places that take an application and give you an answer.

Your plan includes a set number of applications each month. Every one appears in your report with what came of it, including the ones that went nowhere.

We try, on the Pro plan

Magazines, blogs and news sites

These owe us nothing and reply in their own time. We’ll try, and we’ll tell you what happened.

We never promise it, because we can’t promise somebody else’s decision.

What we find but don’t chase

Our checks turn up websites that mention your competitors but not you. You get that list every month. We apply to the ones that accept applications. The rest are yours to do something with — including handing them to a PR firm, if that’s where you want to spend.

We never pay anyone to mention you. If someone asks for money, we pass it to you to decide. A paid mention would look exactly like an earned one in your report, and then the report would be worth nothing.

How work gets approved

A computer drafts. A person approves. Always.

Our team uses AI to research and draft changes. It’s fast and it doesn’t get bored. It also doesn’t publish anything.

Nothing goes live unchecked

Every change to your website or your listings is approved by a named person on our team first.

Everything is recorded

What changed, where, when, and who approved it. If a change can be undone, we can undo it.

You approve once, not every time

You give permission when you sign up and can withdraw it whenever you like. You see the finished work in your report rather than a queue of things to tick off.

If you’d rather approve every item yourself, tell us and we’ll set it up that way. It isn’t how we normally work, because it turns a service into homework.

Your logins

The most sensitive thing we hold.

To do the work we need access to your website and your listings. Here’s how that’s handled.

  • Kept encrypted, with the narrowest access each website allows, and never shared between clients
  • Listed in your settings, so you can see exactly what we hold
  • Cancellable by you at any time, which stops the related work straight away
  • Every use recorded against the person on our team who used it
  • Never a shared password, where a proper permission system exists instead

Your Google listing is handled more carefully still

It changes what customers see about you on Google and Maps straight away, so a mistake there is public immediately. We keep it separate from your website access, with its own record of every change and who made it.

See what a month of this looks like.

Start with the free check on your own website, or read a full report first — including a month where one number was too small to call.

Your web person can verify every line of it. That’s rather the point.
