What happens in your first month.
We find out where you stand, we do the work, we check again, and we send you a report. Then we do it again next month.
Step by step
Five things happen, in this order.

You sign up
You tell us your business, your competitors, and every way your name gets written or spelled wrong. You give us permission in writing. Whoever looks after your website adds a small piece of software to it.
Under an hour of their time
02
We find out where you stand
We check whether AI systems can reach your pages, start counting who visits your website from AI, and ask your set of questions three times, on three different days.
Week one
03
We do the work
Website first, listings alongside it, and applications to directories and trade bodies where your plan includes them. Every change is checked by someone on our team before it goes live.
Weeks one to four
04
We check again
The same questions, asked the same way, on the same AI systems. Change any of that and the comparison is worthless, so we don’t.
Week four
05
You get the report
A PDF by email, to you and anyone else you name. Everything we did, dated. Every number with the date it was taken.
End of the month
Why we ask three times
Ask AI the same question twice and you can get two different answers.
Nothing on your website changed. The answer just moved. So before we can tell you something improved, we have to know how much it moves on its own.
That’s why we ask every question three times, on three different days. Once isn’t enough to tell a real change from the answer simply moving about.
It also means that when a number goes up only slightly, we tell you we can’t be sure yet rather than calling it a win. Some months that’s what your report will say.
It costs us the occasional good-looking month. It’s why you can believe the rest.

Setting up
One small job for whoever looks after your website.
We work out what your website is built with and send the right instructions, rather than a generic list.

Why it can’t just be a code snippet
The usual tracking code you paste into a page only sees people using a browser. AI systems don’t use a browser — they ask your web server for the page and leave. So it has to sit on the server itself. That’s also why Wix, Squarespace and GoDaddy don’t work for us yet: they don’t let anyone put anything there.
Our rules
Four things we won’t do.
- We won’t promise you a place in ChatGPT
- Nobody can. We work on everything that decides whether you can be found, and we say so plainly.
- We won’t say our work caused it
- You get what changed and everything we did. You can join the two up yourself.
- We won’t touch anything without permission
- You give it once, in writing, and you can take it back from your settings whenever you like.
- We won’t show AI something different to what you show customers
- The layout can differ. The facts can’t. Doing otherwise can get a website punished by Google badly enough to hurt your business.
