Your monthly report

This is what lands in your inbox.

Eight pages, once a month, as a PDF. Written so your partner or your accountant can read it without logging into anything.

Reading it

Four things to look at.

The list of what we did

Dated, in plain language. It’s the longest part and the easiest to read, because it’s what you’re paying for.

Counts kept apart from estimates

Some numbers are straight counts from your own website. One is an estimate and always shows how far out it could be. You can tell at a glance.

One question in full

The exact question, and what came back each of the three times we asked, with the date. Not a summary. Not an average.

Where we couldn’t be sure

A change too small to call is marked as such, rather than dressed up as progress.

A real month

A jewellery business in Hyderabad, month three.

Names changed. The numbers are examples until our first clients have finished a month.

Can AI reach your website?

  • ChatGPT · all 24 pages(reachable)
  • Claude · all 24 pages(reachable)
  • Gemini · all 24 pages(reachable)
  • Perplexity · 3 pages blocked by your security settings(blocked)

Last month ChatGPT could only reach 11 of your 24 pages. Your business details now appear on all 24 pages, up from 6.

Counted on your own website. Last month: 118 visits and 7 people.

How often you get mentioned — an estimate

Competitor B48% ± 5
Competitor C29% ± 5
you, last month: 22% ± 5 → this month: 24% ± 5too small to call

Two points is too small a move to be sure about, so we’re not claiming it. How often your website was quoted as a source did move — from 9% ± 4 to 16% ± 4 — and that one is big enough to count.

What we did this month

21 Jul
Removed the setting that was blocking AI from 13 of your collection pages.
23 Jul
Added your business details to 18 pages so AI can read them.
28 Jul
Rewrote your bridal collections page to say plainly what you make, in what materials, and roughly what it costs.
02 Aug
Corrected opening hours and phone number across 9 listings. Four of them disagreed with your website.
05 Aug
Added your services and photos to Google Business Profile, and replied to 11 reviews.
08 Aug
Applied to 3 trade directories. Two accepted, one said no — that one is named below.

asked 3 times, on 3 days · you were named once

> best bridal jewellers in Hyderabad for a traditional set

  • Saturday 9 Aug · ChatGPT · not mentioned
  • Monday 11 Aug · ChatGPT · 4th on the list
  • Wednesday 13 Aug · ChatGPT · not mentioned

This is why we never turn one question into a percentage. Once out of three isn’t 33% of anything — it’s once out of three, and you get to see all three.

Once a report is sent it never changes. Open August’s report next March and it shows exactly what it showed in August.

Find out whether AI can reach you. Today, free.

We ask for your pages as each AI crawler and tell you which ones came back blocked, and why. No AI questions at this stage, so there’s nothing to pay and nothing to sign up for.

Your web person can verify every line of it. That’s rather the point.
